REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns

Customers may request returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• Product is damaged
• Product is defective
• Wrong product is delivered

Return requests must include order details and supporting evidence such as photographs.

Non-Returnable Products

The following may not be eligible for return:

• Personal care products
• Customized products
• Digital products
• Perishable items

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Refunds for COD orders may require bank account details for processing.

Blazora reserves the right to reject fraudulent or abusive refund requests.
